Great little gym with everythingyou need, I have just joined, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to training.

Fantastic gym. Super friendly, welcoming and supportive of their clients needs. Danny and Vikki helped me lose 4 1/2 stone in 12 months and without their carefully crafted workouts, encouragement, coaxing and the occasional shout (!), I would have given up and walked away. Whatever your goals and ambitions are fitness, health and well-being wise are, you will find no better place or people to help you achieve those. Fitness Focus are the best!

I have never felt more welcoming and more conformable than I do at fitness focus! When I first joined I was very nervous about working out at a gym however Danny made the whole experience amazing! He helped me lose around 3 stone in weight and also made me love going to the gym and pushing me to my full potential. My self confidence is sky high and couldnt be more thankful for Danny at fitness focus. It has been the best challenge of my life and definitely wouldn't look back. I would really recommend having Danny as a trainer as he really loves what he does and knows exactly how to achieve your fitness goals no matter how big or small.

Dan is the man! Such a lovely gym, not intimidating as so many gyms are, so friendly and supportive for any level of fitness! Many special memories down at fitness focus, what a great community they have created! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Cannot recommend Danny, Vicki and their gyms highly enough. I was first introduced and dragged to the gym by a friend I hated exercise and couldn’t run to save my life....10 years on I’m still going and I have the best time, every time I go! No matter how I feel going in mentally or physically I walk out the door afterwards smiling and feeling good and that’s all thanks to Danny! Get down there it will be the best thing you ever do!
